    The MCITP (Microsoft Certifications for IT Professionals) Database Administrator Certification training course provides training for the installation, upgrading and troubleshooting of Windows Vista, managing security and systems running on Windows Vista, and configuring and troubleshooting security, network and application features in Windows Vista.

    The prerequisites for this course include passing the MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) exam 70-431: TS: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - Implementation and Maintenance, and at least 3 years working on databases. Certification is awarded on completion of the prerequisites, the class and the two Professional Series exams: 70-443: PRO: Designing a Database Server Infrastructure Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 70-444: PRO: Optimizing and Maintaining a Database Administration Solution Using Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
