  • Course description
    Northeastern University's MS in Taxation (MST) program is designed with the working professional in mind. Courses begin three times per year: in Fall, Spring, and Summer.The MST program is focused on teaching you to analyze the Internal Revenue Code. Completing the MST program at Northeastern also helps you to expand your professional network by connecting with other tax professionals in our alumni and corporate communities.
    The Master of Science in Taxation program requires 30 credits, 15 credits of required courses and 15 credits of electives. Most students complete the program within two years while working full-time. Students interested in pursuing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation should select appropriate electives.

    Students may receive transfer credit for up to 9 credits. A minimum of 21 credits must be taken within the College of Business Administration. A grade point average of 3.000 is required for graduation.
