Educaedu Business S.I. has decided to solicit from its users and educational institutes, who will be referred to as participants from now on, their participation in the realization of a survey or review, giving us their views on their training and/or educational programs respectively, to improve the quality of the service given and to this end have organized an iPad raffle among all of the participants who respond to said survey.
How to participate:
- An email will be sent to each participant with the data needed to access the survey and enter their opinions and comments about their training.
- Once the survey is completed, it will be sent for further review and validation by Educaedu.
- To participate in the raffle the survey should be completed by the 13/12/2019. Any survey that is received beyond the stipulated time will not be included in the raffle and will not be eligible for the prize.
- Every survey completed and duly validated, will be assigned a 5 digit number to participate in the raffle, which will be sent by email to the participant. No new numbers will be assigned for changes to surveys that were previously validated by Educaedu or for modifications to a survey in the process of validation.
- The draw will take place coinciding with the winning number of the first prize in the raffle ONCE in Spain, on the 15 of December, 2019.
- The winner will be notified of the draw by email within 7 working days from the date of the raffle. Said notification will coordinate the details of the delivery of the prize, which in principle will be to collect it from the Educaedu office. In the case that it should be impossible or unduly burdensome to go to the office, Educaedu will send the prize by courier covering all shipping costs.
- A maximum period of 30 calendar days is stipulated after the date of the draw (15 of December, 2019), for the winner to claim the prize. After this date the winner will forfeit the prize.
- The prize of the promotion (iPad) will be attributed to the users participating, and in no case will be subject to change, alteration or financial compensation or any other request by the winner.
- Participation in the raffle implies acceptance of the rules of the draw by the participants.
- Participants must fully comply with the rules of the raffle.
- Failure to comply with these requirements will exclude participants from the raffle.
- The winner must sign an agreement accepting the award and a total waiver of liability and warranty as a condition to receive it.
- The winner must email a document of identification which includes: name in full, identity number and place of residence (passport or national identity card).
If any of the above conditions would be contrary to the law, this shall not affect the rest of the conditions which shall remain in full force where appropriate. Business Educaedu S.I reserves the right to substitute the prize described for another one of the same kind, of similar or higher value.
