The use of our website by the institutions to publish their courses (masters, postgraduates, undergraduate, etc) entails the authorisation of Educaedu Business S.L. to use their brand, commercial names and logos, along with the course information, with the objective to publish the course offering on our website.
As a result of the publication of the institution’s courses, information requests will be sent to you. Educaedu Business S.L. will do everything possible to correctly send the information requests to the institutions, although errors may occur. The institution is aware of this possibility and agrees to exclude Educaedu Business S.L. of any type of responsibility for damage or injury that could occur from the information requests.
Similarly, in relation to the personal data included in the student enquiries, we express that the purpose is exclusively to relay related information of the educational institution’s programs to the user. The use of this data for other purposes than the above stated is prohibited. The responsibility of the incorrect use of the data falls entirely on the educational institution that infringed on the previously mentioned obligation.
