We are proud of the curriculum we offer students. We provide a broad range of courses which prepares our graduates not only for success in science-related jobs, but for graduate school and professional programs of study.

All four members of the Biology faculty hold a Ph.D., and each teaches courses in their areas of expertise.  These include courses in the health sciences, as well as field courses.

The majority of our graduates continue their education at the graduate school or professional level, but many choose to begin their careers in science immediately following graduation. Some of our graduates choose to work in quality control or research and development laboratories. Some go on to work in conservation or park management. Still others begin fulfilling careers in teaching.
