    ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP (ACCELERATED)/BACHELOR OF ARTS

    Total Credit Hours: 128

    Admission

    The Bachelor of Arts major in the Organizational Leadership degree completion program requires 30 credit hours of upper-division core courses and 12 credit hours of related elective courses.     Entering students must be at least 24 years of age and have at least 3 years of full-time work experience.    A maximum of 72 transfer college credit hours from community colleges will be accepted.   

    The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership is designed as an integrated and interdependent curriculum.    At the same time, our close relationship with the Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management (Psychology Department) and Bachelor of Arts in Applied Sociology and Political Science (Political Science Department) offers course options for electives, substitutions to the core, and development of other interest or skill sets.  Advisor-approved appropriate electives are offered on a regular basis.

    II. Related Elective Courses (12)
    Advisor-approved appropriate electives are offered on a regular basis. 

    III. The advanced writing requirement of the General Education Curriculum is satisfied by successful completion of LL440 Organizational Research Analysis.
